The production activities of Andijan Oil and Gas’s Industrial Safety Department are intended to protect the community’s and employees’ health, provide safe working conditions for workers, and maintain a positive environment by utilizing the best technology. The Republic of Uzbekistan’s national legislation on health, safety, and the environment (HSE) is fully complied with by the industrial safety department, which also improves the key performance metrics in this area every year.

Due in part to the growth of a culture of safe conduct, the HSE policy is used in every facet of Andijan Oil and Gas operations with the goal of enhancing the current industrial and environmental safety management system. Contractor Management

One of the main elements influencing the outcomes of the company’s HSE initiatives is the safe operations of its contractors. Uniform HSE standards and policies must be followed by Andijan Oil and Gas employees and contractors. Andijan Oil and Gas often meets with representatives of major contractors to discuss important projects and urgent health and safety requirements. This allows them to work together to find answers to the most pressing issues and ensures successful collaborative work.

Before entering into contractual responsibilities, Andijan Oil and Gas actively evaluates contractors’ capacity to provide production services in a safe manner. Andijan Oil and Gas collaborates with contractors to guarantee that HSE regulations are well-defined and synchronized; it also takes part in contractors’ joint HSE risk assessments and takes the necessary actions to remove and/or reduce such risks during operations within the predetermined time frame.
